We understand that plans can change and you may need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. We kindly ask that you notify us as soon as possible so we can offer your appointment time to another client.

We request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any appointment changes or cancellations.Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled treatment.

We know that unexpected situations can arise, and we will always do our best to take genuine emergencies into consideration at our discretion.
